Gedmatch提示未检出数量异常地高，错配机率高？
刚出炉的数据上传到Gedmatch获得此提示：
Number of SNPs utilized by GEDmatch template = 436895
Number of regular SNPs = 422547
Heterozygosity index = 0.27308621064558 (fraction of total SNPs that are heterozygous)
No-calls = 13966 = 3.1966490804427 percent.
This kit has an unusually high number of no-calls, which usually results in a larger number of false matches.

No call rate一般和DNA的质量有很大关系。No-calls = 13966 = 3.1966490804427 percent. 还好，说明您的数据没有什么大问题，在ftDNA这个rate也会有不少是在3%左右，不会对后续分析有影响，请放心。
